Mads Andenas, Fellow of Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford and Professor of Law, University of Oslo, Norway led the August 2008 and 2009, Oxford Round Table symposium on the topic of Rule of Law.  Professor Andenas planned and co-facilitated the meeting.
